David Stidham

David Stidham is a commercial producer, filmmaker, and real estate media professional with a background in advertising, television, video production, and digital marketing. He has spent his career creating visual media designed to capture attention, communicate clearly, and help businesses and professionals present themselves more effectively.

As the founder of Rethink Open House, David brings that same media-first approach to real estate—creating property videos, agent introductions, walkthroughs, and marketing content that help both the property and the professional stand out. His focus is not simply documenting a home, but creating media that becomes part of the agent’s overall marketing and brand.
