Meet the Founder – David Stidham – Broker

David Stidham is a Florida real estate broker and founder of Rethink Open House. With a background in advertising, marketing, film, and video production, David brings a media-focused approach to real estate—helping properties stand out while giving buyers and sellers a better way to connect directly with the professionals behind them.

He created Rethink Open House around a simple idea: the first showing should happen online. His approach combines strong property presentation, video, agent branding, and straightforward communication to help buyers make better-informed decisions and help sellers market their homes more effectively.
