Rethink Open House (“ROH”) is owned and operated by Rethink Worldwide LLC.
ROH offers professional memberships and platform credits used for property listings, sold-property presentations, media projects, and related platform services within the geographic areas supported by ROH, including the United States, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions supported by the platform.
Please review this Refund Policy before purchasing.
1. All Sales Are Generally Final
Except where required by applicable law, purchases from Rethink Open House are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Agent membership fees;
- Media Professional membership fees;
- For-Sale Listing Credits;
- Sold Listing Credits;
- Media Project Credits; and
- other one-time platform purchases unless a different refund policy is expressly stated at checkout.
A member should not purchase a membership or credits as a trial with the expectation that the purchase may be refunded simply because the member later decides not to use ROH.
2. Change of Mind or Nonuse
A refund is not normally provided because a member:
- changes their mind after purchasing;
- decides ROH is not suitable for their business;
- decides not to use the service;
- does not use some or all purchased or included credits;
- stops working in real estate or media;
- changes brokerages, companies, teams, markets, or business plans;
- sells, withdraws, loses, or otherwise stops marketing a property;
- does not obtain the traffic, leads, clients, listings, assignments, exposure, revenue, or other results expected;
- fails to use a membership or purchased credit; or
- has an account or content restricted as a result of violating the Terms of Use.
3. Geographic Eligibility
ROH currently supports use within the United States, including Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions supported by the platform.
Purchasing a membership or credits does not guarantee that ROH supports a particular geographic market, jurisdiction, property location, or professional activity.
Members are responsible for confirming that their intended use is within an area supported by ROH before purchasing.
Misrepresenting a professional location, market, property address, licensing jurisdiction, or other geographic information in order to circumvent ROH geographic restrictions does not create a right to a refund.
4. Platform Fees Are Not Real Estate Commissions
ROH memberships and credits are purchases of technology, marketing, and platform services.
They are not real estate commissions, brokerage commissions, deposits toward a real estate transaction, or referral fees.
A real estate transaction succeeding, failing, closing, being canceled, or otherwise changing does not by itself create a right to a refund of ROH platform fees.
5. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If Rethink Worldwide LLC or its payment processor incorrectly charges you or processes a confirmed duplicate charge, contact ROH promptly through the Contact page.
Confirmed billing errors will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.
6. Failure to Deliver Purchased Value
If payment is successfully processed but, because of an ROH technical error, the purchased membership or credits are not added to the appropriate account, ROH will first attempt to correct the account and provide the purchased membership or credits.
If Rethink Worldwide LLC cannot reasonably provide the purchased value, it may issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
7. Technical Problems
Temporary outages, maintenance periods, internet disruptions, third-party service interruptions, or other temporary technical problems do not normally create a right to a refund.
If a significant ROH technical failure prevents delivery of purchased platform value and cannot reasonably be corrected, Rethink Worldwide LLC will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate remedy.
8. Refunded, Reversed, or Disputed Payments
If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, ROH may remove or reverse any membership benefits, credits, listing rights, publication rights, media-delivery rights, or other value associated with that payment.
ROH may temporarily restrict the use of disputed paid value while a payment dispute is being reviewed.
Nothing in this provision limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Credits
ROH credits are platform usage rights and have no cash redemption value.
Unused credits are not refundable, redeemable for cash, or transferable for cash except where required by applicable law.
The expiration, renewal, publication, or other rules applicable to a particular type of credit may be described elsewhere on ROH or during the applicable transaction.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Suspension, restriction, or termination of an account for violation of ROH Terms of Use or other applicable policies does not automatically entitle the member to a refund.
ROH may remove unused platform access or benefits associated with fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or disputed transactions.
11. Payment Processor
Payments and approved refunds are processed through the payment provider used for the original transaction, currently Stripe where applicable.
Banks, credit-card companies, and payment processors control some processing times. An approved refund may therefore take additional time to appear on the customer’s account.
12. Rights Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy eliminates a refund, cancellation, chargeback, consumer-protection, or other right that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law in a state, Puerto Rico, another supported U.S. territory or possession, or another applicable jurisdiction requires Rethink Worldwide LLC to provide a refund or other remedy in a particular circumstance, Rethink Worldwide LLC will comply with that requirement.

When practical, customers are encouraged to contact ROH regarding a billing issue before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, corrected.
