Imitation is the Best Form of Flattery On May 12, 2011 a video on Youtube surfaced about a “new” program called Florida Parade of Homes. This “new” program would change the way builders would offer their homes to the public. This new program would offer video, links to websites, and so much more. On the surface, it seems like what Rethink Open House is doing. Not Even Close Although Rethink Open House is flattered that the HBA is embarking on something similar to our concept, there are significant differences. Theirs is industry driven (for builders needs). Ours is market driven (for buyers and sellers needs).
